We'd add a caveat: transforming a legacy hardware-and-services company is a very different game from backing AI-native startups, and the execution risk is substantial. Still, when one of the sharpest AI-focused investors calls an LBO 'AI forward,' you should read it as a signal about where physical-world AI capital flows next.
